During the Energy Audit various tests will be performed, including a blower door test, infrared thermal imaging scan and combustion test(s) on your heating system. The Energy Auditor will need access to your home from basement to attic to perform a thorough Energy Audit. The results of these tests will provide the information needed to determine which Weatherization measures need to be performed to make your home as energy efficient as possible.
Blower Door Test
A Blower Door Test will allow us to check for air leaks and drafts that will need to be sealed.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging allows us to find the cold spots where insulation needs to be added or repairs need to be done to protect your house.
